The Truth about Layoffs in 2023
While some hyper-funded unicorns and tech giants did decide to cut costs, a lot of upcoming companies and fast-growing startups are taking this as an opportunity to absorb great talent into their organization.
A survey by ZipRecruiter posted earlier this year shows that around 90% of people looking for opportunities in recent times heard back from the recruiter in less than a week.
Not only that, a recent report published in the Economic Times stated that tech jobs account for 15 out of the top 20 job titles in India.
It also goes on to state that large tech companies are going through a period of correction, but other growing companies are ready to get their hands on this premium talent.
If that’s not enough proof, Cutshort currently has recruiters hiring for open roles and a ton of developers have landed an opportunity recently.
